Will my QR code stop working if I change a link?

Can I change my profile URL?

Yes. Your permanent QR uses a separate ID, so changing the URL slug won't break any printed QR codes.

(c) Analytics data — QR scans, link clicks, device type, and approximate region, collected anonymously. We do NOT store raw IP addresses or personal data of your customers who scan QR codes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the service, arrange and activate your plan, send account and subscription notifications, generate aggregated analytics, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not process card payments, so no payment gateway ever receives your details — plans are arranged with our team directly. We share data only with email service providers for transactional emails, and with authorities when legally required. All third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Security

We protect your data with: hashed passwords (bcrypt), secure HTTP-only cookies, JWT session tokens, encrypted connections (HTTPS), input validation, and rate limiting. We never handle or store card numbers at all — there is no card payment in this product.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form.
